Superior Court Remains Open with Safety Protocols in Place and New Jury Trials are Put on Hold
SAN BERNARDINO, CA – Due to the recent surge in COVID-19 (Coronavirus) cases and related health and safety concerns, Governor Gavin Newsom will begin issuing revised Stay-at-Home orders as soon as today. As an essential function, all court locations will remain open with strict safety protocols in place. Do not come to any court location if you have COVID-19, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, are feeling ill, or have been asked to quarantine by a health professional.
Additionally, new jury trials not be started until the new stay-at-home orders expire.
