The following information pertains to jury service in San Bernardino County Courts. Please review the instructions carefully. You can use the links below to complete the online juror questionnaire, defer your service, or check your juror status. Additionally, you can sign up for electronic notifications regarding your current jury service. A work verification form can also be obtained online.
Juror Questionnaire
Online: Complete the entire form. Verify your name and address are accurate.

Defer Your Service
You may defer your service up to 90 days one time. Click here to defer your service.
